While many web sites provide checklists of endless questions to ask when interviewing, you cannot forget the most important part when selecting child care. Ask yourself, can you trust this person to care for your baby? Will you be able to go to work each day without worrying for the safety of your child? Is the person or place warm and caring? Many parents treat the search for a provider like the search for a car. This is a mistake on many levels.
